Decide who the founders are and who will manage the company. For an LLC this goes into the charter and shapes every decision that follows.

Choose the form: a sole trader business is simpler and cheaper to run, an LLC gives limited liability and more standing with partners.

Work out the tax cost for your model: single tax or the general system, with VAT or without. It affects your prices and your clients.

List the activities you do now and plan to do later: it is better to add the codes at once than to file changes afterwards.

Prepare the documents: passport, tax number, an address for registration. For an LLC: details of all the founders and the amount of the share capital.

Frequently asked questions about registration
It depends on your activity, turnover, partners and risks. A sole trader business is simpler and cheaper, but you are liable with all your property. An LLC gives limited liability, allows several founders and looks more solid to large clients. At the consultation we cost both options for your case.
A sole trader business is usually registered in 1 working day, an LLC in 1 to 2 days once the documents are ready. Registering for the single tax and opening an account take a few days more.
The groups differ in income limits, rates and who you are allowed to sell to. The wrong choice costs money or your taxpayer status. We choose the group to fit your model at the consultation.
Yes. Registration can be done remotely: with a qualified electronic signature or under a power of attorney. We handle clients from other cities and from abroad entirely online.
Registering for the single tax (the deadlines are tight), the electronic taxpayer cabinet, a bank account, and where needed a cash register and the basic contracts. All of that is covered by the start package.
