WHAT MATTERS
Why a retainer pays off for a business
In-house
Costs more than a retainer
An in-house lawyer means salary, taxes, holidays and a workplace. A retainer gives you a team with different specialisms for a smaller budget.
One-off
Starting from scratch every time
A one-off lawyer learns your business again each time. A retained team already knows your contracts, processes and risks, so the answers come faster and fit better.
Priority
An answer within hours
Retainer clients come first: your question does not sit in a queue. Urgent situations we deal with at once, not next week.
The contents of the package and the budget are set after we analyse what your business actually needs.

CHECKLIST
5 signs you need a retainer
01
Every month you sign contracts with clients or contractors and do not always have time to read them properly.
02
You have employees: HR records, orders, dismissals. Mistakes here end in court and in fines.
03
Counterparties are late paying, and there is nobody and no time to write the claim letters.
04
Requests arrive from the tax office or other authorities, and each time it is unclear how to answer properly.
05
Legal questions get put off until later, because there is nobody to deal with them. That is exactly how small things turn into problems.
CLEAR AND STEP BY STEP
How we work
01
Audit of the business and its tasks

03
Working by messenger
We set up a shared chat: questions, documents, tasks. We answer quickly, because we already know your business.
04
Monthly report
At the end of the month you see what was done and how many hours were used. Transparent, with no surprises.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Frequently asked questions about the retainer
We build the package around your business: consultations, reviewing and drafting contracts, claim letters, HR documents, replies to authorities. The scope is fixed in the agreement, so you always know what you are paying for.
For less than the salary of a single lawyer you get a team with different specialisms: contracts, HR, litigation, corporate. Plus no payroll taxes, holidays or sick leave.
Routine questions: within a few working hours. Urgent situations (an inspection, a search, a blocked account) we take on at once: retainer clients come first.
In the Premium package, yes. In the other packages litigation is billed separately, but retainer clients get preferential terms and no time spent learning the business.
Usually from three months: over a shorter period it is hard to show a systemic result. After that it runs month to month, with no punitive exit terms.
Unused hours are partly carried over or spent on prevention: auditing contracts, updating templates, checking HR records. The budget is never simply wasted.
OUR EXPERIENCE
Examples of ongoing business support
✓ IN ORDER WITHIN A MONTH
A small business cleared its legal backlog
Situation: a small company had worked for years on template contracts and was owed money by a counterparty.
Actions: in the first month we rewrote the contracts around the real processes and sent the debtor a claim letter.
Result: the debt was paid after the claim letter, and the new contracts protect the company rather than its counterparties.
✓ NO FINES
HR records put in order before the inspection
Situation: at a company with employees, the HR records had been kept however they happened to be kept.
Actions: an HR audit within the retainer, corrections to the documents, preparation for the Labour Inspectorate visit.
Result: the inspection passed with no fines. HR records are now kept systematically.
✓ BUDGET SAVED
A retainer instead of an in-house post
Situation: the company was looking for an in-house lawyer, but the cost of the post came out too high.
Actions: we put together the Standard package around the real tasks: contracts, HR, claim-letter work.
Result: every legal task is handled by the team, at a budget noticeably below an in-house post.
Cases are anonymised. Every case is individual, the outcome depends on the specific circumstances and is not guaranteed.

Maryna Petryk
She looks after the retainer clients: contracts, HR, claim letters, day-to-day questions. She knows each client business from the inside, so the answers are fast and practical, with no legal padding.

Vitalii Petryk
He steps in when a matter reaches court: recovery from counterparties, employment disputes, defending claims. Retainer clients come first.
